ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday expressed deep sorrow over the deadly terrorist attack at Bondi Beach in Sydney, extending condolences to the victims and their families.

In a statement posted on social media, Prime Minister Sharif said he was “deeply saddened” by the loss of lives in the tragic incident and reaffirmed Pakistan’s firm stance against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

He emphasized that Pakistan stands in full solidarity with the people and the government of Australia during this difficult time, noting that acts of violence and terror threaten shared human values and must be collectively rejected.

The message, addressed to Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, underscored Islamabad’s support for international efforts to combat terrorism and its commitment to peace and security.

The Australian government has received messages of condolence and solidarity from leaders around the world following the attack, as investigations continue into the incident at Bondi Beach.
