Pakistan Strongly Condemns Israeli Attacks in Gaza, Calls for International Action

By Khushal Khan

Islamabad — Pakistan on Sunday has condemned “in the strongest possible terms” the latest attacks carried out by Israeli forces in Gaza, which have reportedly killed several Palestinian civilians, including women and children, and left many others injured.

In a statement issued , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the strikes represent a “blatant violation of international law and relevant UN resolutions,” as well as a breach of the recently concluded peace agreement in Sharm el-Sheikh, which aimed to reduce tensions and restore stability in the region.

The Foreign Office said that such actions undermine ongoing international efforts to secure a lasting and comprehensive peace in the Middle East.

Pakistan urged the international community to act swiftly to halt what it described as Israeli impunity and ceasefire violations, stressing the need to uphold international human rights and humanitarian law to protect civilian lives.

Reaffirming its long-standing position on the Palestinian cause, Islamabad reiterated its support for the establishment of an independent, sovereign, viable, and contiguous State of Palestine, based on pre-June 1967 borders with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
